By far, BEST customer service experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Steve was amazing. He had everything drawn up by the time I got there. All I had to do was test drive and pick out my color. I was purchasing a car. Steve was amazing. He had everything drawn up by the time I got there. All I had to do was test drive and pick out my color. I was at the dealership for about an hour, then out of there feeling so confident about my decision to purchase my brand new Toyota Camry. He also shared on numerous occasions the amazing service that Toyota provides for basic upkeep and offered to schedule my appointments. I will be scheduling my 5 month appointments and oil changes every 10,000 miles. I really enjoyed the text communication so I wasn't interrupted at work. I will tell everyone I know to work with Steve and go to Toyota of des moines for their vehicle needs. Also shout out to Joe who went through all the bells and whistles on how the car works. He also mentioned the service plan abd offered to set up my first appointment.This eliminates me messing around while I'm driving!!!! Steve even got me under my budget for payments and provided many options for me to choose for purchase. Thanks again Steve for helping me lease my first ever brand new car!!!!!
