This would have been good to know before coming in. More

Definitely worth your time and get most with your money. I have got my first Buick which is Encore lease 3 years ago, I love the vehicle so much but need a larger vehicle as our family is growing. So I decided to upgrade the vehicle to its next size Envision. All the staff there are very friendly and accommodating. They are very helpful with what fits your needs and with your finances. They are also honest about the condition of their vehicles. They give out Southern Hospitality with covers oil change, state inspection, 50 mile radius towing to any Southern dealership, etc. for the life of vehicle just by getting the vehicle from them. (Very helpful to me). Then if you get their exterior and interior protection, you get unlimited car kit (car soap, wax, leather vinyl cleaner/polish) this comes in handy if you do religious cleaning. Having a leather interior, this deal saves $$ in a long run. Plus you can schedule to get your car interior shampooed/clean, it’s covered. Very helpful when you have busy schedule and children who spills everywhere. So far they have the same courtesy since I bought my first vehicle, throughout getting routine service, turning in the vehicle and now having a new one. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a great car, great deal and helpful service. More

Pleasant atmosphere The atmosphere was pleasant. We arrived at the dealership a little after 7 pm. No employee appeared exhausted as all had smiles & a nice greeting. The The atmosphere was pleasant. He walked us through the process with ease, answering questions well. And keeping us entertained while waiting on the approval because the hours was getting later. The sales man & manager checked on us continously, ensuring we were comfortable. We left the building at 10:45 with our new vehicle & after one last check by the two of them making sure everything was okay. More

Great people but a bit slow ! We had a great sales person Dykes and he really knew the inventory on the lot and found us exactly what we wanted! He was patient as we test drove 3 v We had a great sales person Dykes and he really knew the inventory on the lot and found us exactly what we wanted! He was patient as we test drove 3 vehicles and waited for us to decide. Once we picked out the SUV we wanted he started the paperwork and got his part done fairly quick then we sat and sat waiting on the final steps of getting plates and title done and waiting for the finishing person who also does finance ( we didn’t need financing) ! This person was backed up and had been working on financial stuff with another buyer for close to an hour. Finally after the dealership was closed we where sent over to another side of dealership for someone else to do our final paperwork. No complaints other than the end waiting. If you use this dealyask for Dykes.... he was wonderful! More
