Our salesperson Jan took a lot of time with us explaining everything and was very patient. She seemed to be very concerned that we get all the facts before we make a decision and did not pressure or rush us at all. After seeing the price we leased a Civic that day. We came back several days later and actually bought an Accord since the financing was such a great rate and Jan was again very helpful, staying way after the place had closed to make sure we had all of the information needed. We came to Roush because of the excellent reputation of the service department (Doug Gunn in particular, a great serviceman) but would recommend the sales department as well and Jan Wilkins, our salesperson who was top notch. The two finance men we worked with were also excellent and made the process as painless as it could have been. Roush Honda sure seems to be a quality business. We did check with John Hinderer and Lindsay and neither seemed to be able to present quite the professionalism that Roush did, and I was a former Hinderer customer. Josie was one of the first to respond and answered my questions timely. Once we settled on the details she made sure the paperwork and car were ready before I showed up. Steve was great with the financing and explained the paperwork each step of the way. There were no pressured up-sells or heavy-handed sales tactics. Josie and Steve were fantastic every step of the way. I'll be buying all my Honda's from Roush going forward. More

Did not want to get rid of 2001 Civic EX I brought my 01 Civic in for an oil change knowing that this year would be the year for a new Civic. I did not want a new car, was fine with the one I I brought my 01 Civic in for an oil change knowing that this year would be the year for a new Civic. I did not want a new car, was fine with the one I was driving, however there was work looming that would not be financially sound to decide to keep repairing my car. Joe Fenstemaker called me prior to coming in for the service and met me at the shop. Joe was polite, knew the next steps to take to give me the information I would need to make a decision on my Civic and he took the steps so I could be prepared. He even looked at my car with my preferred mechanic Andy Callahan. There was no pressure to buy. Joe linked me with Steve Kantor in sales and again, no pressure to buy new or used. At one point after looking at the new 2017 Civics I could not find what I wanted in one car: high gas milage, manual transmission, and a moon roof. Steve then asked if I knew about the Civic Si; it is only built in a manual and has a moon roof and good gas milage. Steve really just presented the vehicle and let me make the decision. After driving it I decided to buy as the car is smooth, sleek, quiet, easy to drive. I appreciate I was treated as a person with a history in the service department at Roush, that Joe and Steve recognized me as a customer who has choices and chose to work with Roush. Very pleased with the process as there was nothing that was hidden in pricing. Thanks so much for the service, there are very few companies who realize what customer service is and then follow through with it! More

Best price, straightforward dealing, quick processing Roush wasn't initially at the top of my list as they are on the opposite side of Columbus and I hadn't dealt with them before. After months of trying Roush wasn't initially at the top of my list as they are on the opposite side of Columbus and I hadn't dealt with them before. After months of trying to winnow down my car list to a final top 3 choice of cars (my lease was quickly coming to an end), I drove many vehicles from many dealerships, I finally decided the '17 CR-V was my top pick and put out a few final 'best price quote' requests. I countered on each and Steve Kantor at Roush came back with a 'best price' along with a good amount of information showing how the offer was broken down and determined - along with a breakdown of the extra perks that come along with getting a car as Roush - and extension of the warranty for electrical, engine, transmission, front suspension, brakes, steering, a/c, along with complimentary roadside assistance w/in 50 miles of Roush, and loaner car for service visits. that tipped the scales. It was also a quick process... Steve replied to me quickly for my additional questions, and once I decided, the paperwork and car extras were ready before I even got there, and, since everything was exactly right, I was out the door in a couple hours in the new car. I should also mention that, I didn't have a ride so they sent someone out to another dealership to pick me after I turned in my former lease. So, wrap up... Best price, best after-purchase perks, staff who know their stuff and a) slow down to answer any questions and b) speed up when you're at that point where you're ready to started it up and get out there on the road with your new car. Best car buying experience I've had in 30+ years. Highly recommended. More
