Went to service multiple times to for the same issue and was told to fix multiple different things, eventually I was told the engine would need replacement, I’m curious as to why they thought that parts wou was told to fix multiple different things, eventually I was told the engine would need replacement, I’m curious as to why they thought that parts would need replacement, this could have been avoided if the shop did their due diligence in the first place. I waited 2 weeks for a call back to set up an appointment. Once I brought my car in the oil change went quickly, however there was an issue going on with 2 of my 4 tires, after the appointment th appointment. Once I brought my car in the oil change went quickly, however there was an issue going on with 2 of my 4 tires, after the appointment the issue was made worse, and now effects all the tires. I find it really convenient that this happened when i wasn't able to pay for the service to be done. It really feels like the standard of service has fallen. More
