I reached out to Steve Kizewic at BMW of Toledo in late January looking for a competitive quote to custom order a 2020 BMW M340i in RWD, a true rarity I reached out to Steve Kizewic at BMW of Toledo in late January looking for a competitive quote to custom order a 2020 BMW M340i in RWD, a true rarity in Northern Ohio! Out of all the client advisors I spoke with, Steve immediately impressed me with his knowledge, humor, and earnest desire to make the process as easy as possible for me. During the long wait for the car to arrive, he provided timely updates and dealt with a very excited buyer with respect and aplomb, leaning on his experience and contacts all over the world to update me every step of the way. Then at delivery, Steve introduced me to the BMW Genius Bailey Hejl. Bailey did a spectacular job going over the myriad and complex systems of my new car, listening patiently to all my questions and explaining in detail all the technology in the car. She definitely knows these cars inside and out! I had preselected some accessories for my new car and Steve had generously put them aside for me. I worked with Teresa in Parts and purchased them. Everyone was very helpful! I worked with Tyler in Finance next. Despite the deal being worked out prior to the order, no one tried to change any terms on me at delivery and honored all the discounts negotiated before, a huge relief! Tyler kindly offered me some additional services and carefully explained their benefits to me but didn't try and pressure me into anything at all! Having been down these roads before, I was prepared with a giant briefcase of emails and spreadsheets and laptops - I didn't need to pull out any of them! I drove off that day with the biggest grin on my face! All in all, I couldn't imagine a better dealership experience, and I drove over 100 miles to get to BMW of Toledo! You can bet I'll work with them again on my next ride! A++++++++ !!! More
