The way Car Buying SHOULD Be... efficient I was in the market for a new vehicle and wanted to test a few before buying. The Atlas was on my list. I was contacted by Melvin Bagby, and schedul I was in the market for a new vehicle and wanted to test a few before buying. The Atlas was on my list. I was contacted by Melvin Bagby, and scheduled a test drive. I went to the dealership and I took the drive. All of my questions were answered and there was no sense of dishonesty or "salesmanship" in his responses. I felt like I was getting exactly what I wanted from my search. I returned with my family for another test drive, and Robert helped us out. Again, no hard sale lines or pressure to do anything that we didn't already want to do. We left with no hassales or pressure to move forward. Although the vehicle was not our first choice, the positive experience with the staff and sales process tilted the scales. Even if we did not purchase the vehicle, it would in no way have been due to the service of the staff. Great Job! More

They were able to understand my needs and helped me to close the deal with accurate trade-in value.
