Key fob. Second key. My husband set up appointment. Salesman had brain aneurism. We went there. Left car. Went next door to Goffle Grill. Received phone call that I didn’t have a piece of paper that said “we owe you”. I said what are you talking about. Salesman proceeded to write it down. But he’s out sick. I was told by salesperson did I expect him to pay for it? Very mean and rude. I went home to read my paperwork to see if I had the paper. Well I didn’t have the paper. So my husband went back the next day and spoke mike the manager. He said everything was fine. They would make the key no problem. They switched very quickly. I refused to go back after the way I was treated. They acted like I tried to get some thing for free. It was a promise made by salesman. I paid cash for the car. I got a 2017 Chevrolet Trax. The key was done with no issues. I don’t know what happened with the first visit. I am still in shock the way we were treated the first visit. But I have the 2nd key fob. More
