Problem solved FAST I had a prob with tire pressure on a Friday afternoon was able to get service on Monday. Problem was resolved in under one hour. I was told one amount but charged another When I was told the price that my mirror was going to be fixed, it was not the price my card was charged and on top of that the backing to my mirror c When I was told the price that my mirror was going to be fixed, it was not the price my card was charged and on top of that the backing to my mirror came in 4 weeks later and it took 3 employees to put it on. I was very unhappy with this service. More

An Excellent Visit My dashboard screen was no longer working. The radio, USB, bluetooth, internet and many other functions were silent. I made an appointment with Steve Kochan for the day and time I wanted. Work began on the car as soon as I brought it into the service department. A part had to be ordered and it arrived the next day. I was given a loner which was very convenient. Steve, a Service Consultant, was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and accommodating . All of my maintenance on my Camaro and Malibu has been done by this service department. I will continue to exclusively have my work done at this service center. I have complete confidence having Steve or Mike Rivera handling my appointments. More
