Horrible service and they don’t care. Vehicle was in for service and alignment. When dropped off it had one issue after picking up it had multiple issues. Service team was full of excuses Vehicle was in for service and alignment. When dropped off it had one issue after picking up it had multiple issues. Service team was full of excuses and blamed everything from the age of the vehicle to me for not maintaining it it, which both are not valid at all. I would not recommend anyone using Hawthorne Chevrolet, in fact I would suggest running far away from these people. More

very quick service We had four brand new tires put on two weeks ago, and were able to come back for the wheel alignment so we could sort of split the cost.. that way it We had four brand new tires put on two weeks ago, and were able to come back for the wheel alignment so we could sort of split the cost.. that way it didn't hurt that much.. The only problem was, that we got a rebate the last time we bought four new tires, this time we couldn't? any reason? More
