Harassing Surveys - Limited to No Help I have a 2018 Equinox which has had endless amounts of issues since I’ve gotten the car. Whenever it rains or the vehicle gets wet, the car doesn’t pr I have a 2018 Equinox which has had endless amounts of issues since I’ve gotten the car. Whenever it rains or the vehicle gets wet, the car doesn’t properly drain that water and a musty smell fills up the car. I have taken it 3 times and will be taking it for my 4th this upcoming week with hopefully a fix. My internal computer and oxygen censor also failed and left me stranded in the middle of 287 late at night. This is my first and most likely my last Chevy because the car isn’t even a year old and has had more issues then a used car. Extremely unsatisfied with the endless amount of survey requests. More

Best Service provider that I have experienced. I never have anough time with my personal busy working commitments. Loss of power steering. The power steering on my Trax suddenly stopped working. I was able to bring the vehicle in IMMEDIATELY to have it checked. Although the problem went away, I still brought the vehicle in. When they ran diagnostics, there was a code indicating communication with the system had been lost.
