Pricey oil change with attitude! I should have realized when I pulled into the service area without so much as a smile from the service rep that this was going to be “a bumpy ride”! I should have realized when I pulled into the service area without so much as a smile from the service rep that this was going to be “a bumpy ride”! I did get a one word yeah when I asked if I should leave the key in the car. I then was instructed to go into a small service advisor’s office and told the oil change would br $59.99 and “sign here” as he pointed to the service order. He did not go over anything else that would be done as courtesy checks, I.e. wiper fluid, brake fluid. I had to ask to have the tire pressure checked. I had made an appointment, but still waited over an hour for the oil change. And upon leaving not one thank you was heard. Seriously!!!! More
