I had a mixed experience with this team. Generally I think they run a solid operation, but with the COVID factor, parts were back ordered and my service dragged on for 3 1/2 months. I had bad diesel which required basically a rebuilt engine. Fine - it was a lot of work but when I finally picked it up, it only had 1/8 tank gas, the check engine light came on almost immediately along with a a low coolant level and there was a newly acquired vibration. Felt like they could have been great, but their customer service definitely needs some work. Their communication was weak and left me feeling like a low priority. These issues held them back from a higher rating from me. Wish it was a better experience for all our sakes. More
