I purchased a blacked out Ram 1500 from Steve and never once did he push the truck on me. He explained many of the features in the vehicle and worked with me to figure out a reasonable deal. The sales manager, Carlos, took the time to explain every component of the negation and even went so far as to call me to keep me updated in the days after. Ryan and the finance department also went out of their way to help me get situated with the vehicle and they had nothing to do with the original deal. That just shows the type of commitment Branhaven has with their customers. Having been to other Dodge dealers in the Hartford area, BranHaven exceeded all my expectations and was worth the 30 minute drive. I will not go anywhere else for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram product again without consulting Branhaven first. This dealer is worth every star I can give. More
