Steve Lemke: Outstanding Assistance Continues ! Being responsive to a customer's immediate needs is very important - and Steve did just that with the help of one other service tech...can't recall hi Being responsive to a customer's immediate needs is very important - and Steve did just that with the help of one other service tech...can't recall his name. My license plate bolts, both front and back were frozen and I couldn't budge them. On a whim, drove into the service center and asked Steve if he could help get them removed and the new ones mounted. At that moment, the center was a bit less active and he immediately proceeded to accomplish the task, including the replacement of the bolts to eliminate further problems. With no appointment and entering unannounced, I consider this outstanding attention to a customer's needs and Steve and the other gentleman need to be recognized accordingly. This experience confirms once again why I have 2 Toyota vehicles and very likely will purchase my next vehicle from your dealership. Great job!!! Dave Mather More

2013 Toyota Tacoma I had a problem with my brakes and I took it the Iowa City dealership 6 times and they didn't fix the problem. I took it to the Cedar Rapids and they I had a problem with my brakes and I took it the Iowa City dealership 6 times and they didn't fix the problem. I took it to the Cedar Rapids and they fixed it the first time. I really appreciate it! More
