Eric has the “old school” customer service down, which is hard to find anywhere nowadays. Popped in last minute before closing with an issue with my car and he helped out and gave us a loaner with in 15 min. hard to find anywhere nowadays. Steve knows the ins and outs of the Volvo cars the way any salesperson should. After driving two different Audi's it was time to get in the Volvo and drive an XC-90. For the test drive Steve gave a previe any salesperson should. After driving two different Audi's it was time to get in the Volvo and drive an XC-90. For the test drive Steve gave a preview of the car and all its features before putting me in the driver seat. He gave a full tutorial of what the car was capable of doing and how it performed. After figuring out which car I wanted, he made sure it was clean as a whistle and was able to do everything I requested as to minor body repairs (bought a used model.) I would highly recommend Steve to anyone shopping for a Volvo. More

From the beginning of my search for the vehicle I was looking for to the final sale everyone was completely personal with me. I forget her name but the young girl who was trying to schedule me a sales ap looking for to the final sale everyone was completely personal with me.
