Very easy process from the time I walked in to look at the car to the time I walked out with the car. I was disappointed that our vehicle was not cleaned and ready for our pickup- minimal was done. Stickers still on front windshield and moonroof. Scratch we asked to have fixed wasn’t done until we were th ready for our pickup- minimal was done. Stickers still on front windshield and moonroof. Scratch we asked to have fixed wasn’t done until we were there picking up. This was a demo- used for 3 mos by an employee- they used the Sirius radio. No one informed me this perk was not available to us (sales person never let us know). Wished it had gone better More

I came for regular fall service with an interest in I came for regular fall service with an interest in leasing a new Volvo in the back of my mind. At no time was i pressured to make the decision duri I came for regular fall service with an interest in leasing a new Volvo in the back of my mind. At no time was i pressured to make the decision during a test drive . After my service i and receiving all the various options i returned home to consider my next move. I called Steve Piona and let him know I had decided to lease a xc60 that was currently on the showroom floor. The next day i met with Steve Matters who walked me through the financial process successfully, and afterwards there was another introduction and drive with my new car. This was truly only the beginning but as the days of driving continue and the need for more information i get it from the car's accompanying handbook. Overall i'm very pleased with my new car and the continued outstanding service from Secor! More
