My new XC40 was towed with less than 400 miles on it as it would not drive. It was diagnosed as mouse damage an Secor noted I needed new coils and wiring. When I picked the car up and paid 349 dollars for it would not drive. It was diagnosed as mouse damage an Secor noted I needed new coils and wiring. When I picked the car up and paid 349 dollars for the service they had NOT replaced coils, had not done anything other than shoddily taping the wires with electrical tape and left the are a mess with mouse debris. I will never take my car to them again. More

Want to thank Steve and the rest of the Sales team for providing a great experience. Steve listened to my wife and I and talked extensively with us about what we wanted in a new vehicle. He and the finance staff made sure we understood all of the paperwork and had a low stress signing process.
