When I visited the dealership this winter I was assigned to Steve Plona and he was very effective (and ultimately successful) in answering all my questions, letting me drive a used (ex corporate car) V-90 XC and showing me a new V-90 XC which eventually I purchased. Along the way, except for Steve's performance I think the dealership lacked polish and professionalism. The paperwork on the purchase handled by Steve Matters was very professional. Some minor concerns were quickly addressed. I deducted 1 Star as the CPO inspection report indicated paint was inspected by the service tech yet Diane noticed several chips on the bumper. These really should have been taken care of by service. Unfortunately the parts department didn’t have touch up paint in stock; we were told it would be mailed. More

Outstanding Buying Experience Owning a small business, it is difficult to take the time to go car shopping. We were looking for a vehicle for my wife, and I was doing the advance Owning a small business, it is difficult to take the time to go car shopping. We were looking for a vehicle for my wife, and I was doing the advance search. Secor Volvo advertised a used XC70 that appeared to be a great fit. When I went to test drive, my first impression was that the car was in excellent condition. However, I needed to have my wife test drive it, and we are a 25 minute drive from the dealership. Our sales rep Steven Matters offered to extend our test drive, take the car to our business, and have my wife test drive it. We did, she loved the car, and the deal was completed. Two days later the car was ready to pick up. It was detailed and ready to go. We have owned many cars over the years, but this Volvo is the nicest and most comfortable we have owned. After the first week of ownership, my wife really enjoys driving it. We are thrilled with the car. I would buy a Volvo again, and Secor is my first choice. More
