When I am not at Golling, I enjoy spending time with my family and kids. I love to attend their soccer games, golf tournaments, and swim meets. Because of my busy schedule he completed all preliminary transactions insurance arrangements over the phone, and had everything ready to sign and deliver when I arrived 1/2 before closing! He is patient, kind, empathetic and focused on me whenever I called him for updates! Kyle and his partner Steve Meram were able to give me multiple options on different lease deals to help me find the perfect vehicle with all of the options I desired. Everything in the dealership is top notch and they were able to get all of the paperwork done in a timely manner. Kyle specifically took the time to teach me about the technology in my car after the purchase. More

Steve was wonderful to deal with and i felt like i had known him for years. He listened to me and got me the exact vehicle I wanted right away. My husband and I are 30 year GM customers and this is our first Chrysler product and so far we have had a great experience. Steve also introduced my husband and I to Drew in parts who has helped us with several accessories for the jeep! We will definitely be recommending them both. More

I had been working with another dealership that was giving me the run around for about a week. I had gotten so frustrated that I started looking for another vehicle (Not Chrysler). Knowing that I rea giving me the run around for about a week. I had gotten so frustrated that I started looking for another vehicle (Not Chrysler). Knowing that I really wanted the Journey, my fiancé stopped by Golling on his way to work to see if they had a Journey Crew with the features I was looking for before I restarted my search. Steve and the team at Golling listened to my experience and immediately took ownership of the situation and began working on finding a Journey that had all the features I was looking for. In less than 45 minutes after speaking with my fiancé, Steve and the team at Golling had identified a vehicle, prepared a deal, and presented it to me and asked what time I would like to pick up my new Journey. Throughout the day he worked with me to get all the paperwork in order so that everything would be all set when I got there to pick up my new Journey. Once I arrived at the dealership my experinece only got better... Steve showed me the Journey and made sure that it had everything I wanted on it. He walked me through the paperwork, explaining every document and its pupose. He took the time to go over the vehicle and made sure that I had no questions. We signed the paperwork and I was off and running. Working with Steve and the team at Golling has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They have earned a customer for life!!!! More

I have never been more pleased with a car salesman than with Steve Meram, He was knowledgable and only worked on my behalf. I was very pleased with my price and overall VERY Happy with my new car.
