I realize the dealership has to make money and overall I''m pleased with the experience of trading and purchasing a new Honda with them. They were my first stop in my search for an 8 passenger vehicle. I''m pleased with the experience of trading and purchasing a new Honda with them. They were my first stop in my search for an 8 passenger vehicle. I am new to the area and I chose the dealership based on my service experience. I really enjoyed my Black Edition Ridgeline and having to give it up was not pleasant, but the need for a larger capacity vehicle outweighed my desire to keep the Ridgeline. As it turns out the dealership had one Black Edition Pilot on the lot and the GM was using it. I really liked the equipment set up and decided the 8 passenger BE Pilot was the perfect compromise for my BE Ridgeline. Don't hesitant to ask for Cheyenne to be your sales consultant. She did a great job. Micah in the manager's office worked with me on numbers and Steve in finance did great as well. Hopefully, as I establish a relationship with the dealership, I will do better on the end numbers. Thanks again for helping with my trade in needs. Shout out to Kevin in service. He will be the Service Manager I continue to go to in the future. More
