My experience with the dealership was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions without any pressure. We came in for a recall. I had one engine light on. I left with 6 new lights and the dealership claiming it had nothing to do with what they just did, even though one is an a I had one engine light on. I left with 6 new lights and the dealership claiming it had nothing to do with what they just did, even though one is an airbag light (recall was on an airbag system issue). The garage foreman had no care. I waited an additional hour to get no answers except it's 'safe to drive' and to call when I want to schedule an actual diagnosis. Mind you, my car was fine when I brought it in for the recall. So now I'm taking it to another garage to get answers. My recall is now costing me more money. If I ever have another recall, I will go out of my way to go to another Honda dealership because this one has taken no accountability. It cannot be a coincidence.... More

The service department got me in and out quickly. I came in a couple of hours before closing, without an appointment and didn’t have to wait long for an oil change and tire rotation.
