I agreed to pay for the screening, but subsequently found out that the problem was under warra diagnostic screening for a warning light on the dash. Steve was horrible to deal with. He is completely arrogant and exhausting to speak with. He asks questions and then cuts you off when you answer them. Poor communication skills.
