PROFESSIONALISM Steve Nevitte was the first person that I came into contact with when I called the Mercedes Annapolis Service Center. Mr. Nevitte listened to my concerns about my 2018 GLA. He immediately made an appointment for me to come in at my convenience. That was a great start as far as I was concerned. I've always found that most companies want you to evolve around their schedules regardless of the inconvenience it may cause the consumer. Once I met Mr. Nevitte, I was further impressed with his professionalism. Mr. Nevitte checked my car and confirmed my concern and he accepted my car for repairs. Afterwards, we began to talked about other Mercedes Benz models. He noticed that I was interested in a possible upgrade to the GLC class. Without hesitation, he put me in a GLC one as a loner while my car was being serviced. It was a great experience and I greatly appreciated it. Mind you, I will be looking into one very soon! Even during there unprecedented times with the Covid-19 pandemic, Mr. Nevitte has made my service experience awesome one. I felt safe in the environment too. Mr. Nevitte is a great asset to the business of customer service! For future service at the Annapolis Mercedes Service Center, I will only use him as my service person. More
