Steve was great took care of me even though the pandemic was going on. Took significantly longer than expected but that was not due to any fault of there's I would have liked however to see more PPE on was going on. Very nice experience. I was first attracted to Gary Lang Auto Group because the new van I wanted was in stock- both the color and the equipment package. (Almost all the oth I was first attracted to Gary Lang Auto Group because the new van I wanted was in stock- both the color and the equipment package. (Almost all the other dealers had only "white" commercial looking vans available). In addition, the price was lower than similarly equipped vans that I was seeing in inventory at the other dealers. So, I thought I would take the ride from Downers Grove to McHenry. And, I'm glad I did. Working with Steve was a very nice experience . No pushing in one direction or another and very "up front" about the pricing as advertised and knowledgeable about this GMC product. He also assisted in helping me to get the remaining "dealer added" items that I needed for the van. In the end, I got the van I wanted at a price I believe is a "good value". More
