Both men were very professional in their demeanor, courteous, and explained this new crossover regarding it's handling, performance, & efficiency plus many more features. NO. B.S Dealing with steve was easy. No B.S deal was done they email and 2 phone conversations. Didn't give me the come on in to the dealer line. I appreciate Dealing with steve was easy.
