Good experience the second time around! REVIEW UPDATE: Had a great experience shopping for yet another XC60 with/for my father. I had the numbers negotiated over email already, Rick came dow REVIEW UPDATE: Had a great experience shopping for yet another XC60 with/for my father. I had the numbers negotiated over email already, Rick came down the meet us, walked us to the XC60s that they had on the lot, so my dad could look at different interior color options. He picked one, we went to Rick’s office and played with numbers a little bit (pay upfront vs. roll it into the payment). Rick was plenty accommodating, even rewriting the entire invoice when my dad decided he wanted the lease structured a little differently (sorry!). We put the deposit, exchanged a few anecdotes, and were on our way! So overall, Rick is a great guy and very personable, and we had a nice experience and a great deal! Huntington lived up to it’s good reputation. ————————— Review was updated 7/21 to reflect our most recent experiences with this dealership and staff. A previous version of this review detailed a negative experience we had. Steve, the general manager reached out to my father and me personally, to explain that isn’t the experience we should have had, and asked for an opportunity to repair the relationship and show us the true Huntington experience. I’m glad we took him up on it. My dad is picking up his new XC60 next week, and I absolutely feel that Steve made good on his promise. More
