Jacob was fantastic in helping us find a car for my son. We bought a car from Lou Sobh Honda in January and unfortunately we had to return it due to an issue with the title. Steve Rossi is the penultimate example of a salesman who combines product knowledge with strong rapport and support for the customer. We were impressed with his knowledge and with the ease and willingness with which he answered our questions. We left happy not only with our purchase of a great car but also with the feeling that we had made a new friend. Likewise, our experience with Anthony Hicks in the Finance Office was a highly positive one. He skillfully guided us through a potential bottleneck with a DMV database error with both speed and humor and allayed our fears that we might not be able to work through the registration of a new car in a week or more, resolving the issue in less than an hour! Finally Jacob Lawson, the Manager on Duty was professional, welcoming and helpful from the moment he took our on-the-road call to the moment he shook our hands and held the door for us as we left the dealership. I enjoyed my experience with this dealership. I bought my vehicle from out of state and they did all the legwork for me. They made it super easy. My sales person was Steve Rossi and he was extrem I bought my vehicle from out of state and they did all the legwork for me. They made it super easy. My sales person was Steve Rossi and he was extremely helpful. He called me back within minutes every time he said he would. He dealt with my banker on his own time to help me get all the paperwork done. Awesome guy! More
