Juan and Nick were fine to work with, and overall the purchase was a good experience. I would comment on 2 specific things. We looked at a specific car on Monday and went back to purchase it on Frida purchase was a good experience. I would comment on 2 specific things. We looked at a specific car on Monday and went back to purchase it on Friday. We were not told ahead of time that the car, the only one that color, had been sold. So we essentially wasted the second trip. I did appreciate your finding it at another dealer for us. After seeing the offer on my trade-in, I asked for the allowance to be a specific amount ($8,000 up from $7,500) and I would make the deal; even had to sign the bottom of the offer sheet to that effect. The offer came back with the trade-in at $7,967.58, the difference presumably due to tax. I was ready to be done and didn't want to sit there another 30 minutes over $32.42, but I felt like that was just being petty. More
