He even had my car delivered because he was aware of my busy schedule and knew I live on the other side of town. Lauren in the Finance Dept. was also great. She called me after hours to inform me of the terms behind the favorable financing I received. She was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions -- and I had more than a few. I love my new CR-V and have told everyone I knew about my incredible experience with Steve. My wife has a Civic, when it's time to get her another car we're buying it from Steve at Lou Sobh Honda.
