This was the best car-buying experience that my husband and I have ever had. We saw a Pilot we were interested in on the Lou Sobh website and then filled out a form online to request more information. With and I have ever had. Within minutes, Steve Rossi called and answered our questions about the Pilot. We told him we would like to see the vehicle and he invited us to check it out that same day. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy at all. The purchasing process was seamless and smooth.
