Poor communication Dropped off our motorhome Wed. Feb 25th AM with engine light on. I received a text that this is the direct phone number for your service adviser. Dropped off our motorhome Wed. Feb 25th AM with engine light on. I received a text that this is the direct phone number for your service adviser. I texted him at 4:40 asking if it would be ready for pickup today. NO Answer. I called that same number Thursday afternoon left a message --please call and let me know what is wrong with the motorhome will it be fixed soon? Told in message must have by Monday need for planned trip. NO call back. I called and complained that I had heard nothing. Need to know if it was going to be ready for our trip. My service adviser called me back Friday late afternoon. Said it was a sensor , part would be in and fixed Monday. Monday came and went , no call . I went there in person Tuesday morning and spoke to my adviser. He called the Back service area. I was told they would change it right away. Told it would be a couple hours. I finally get the Rv back Tuesday afternoon. Check engine light was off and I had only a few hours to load it and head out on our trip to Paris Island for our nephews Marine graduation. While driving the RV light came on again. We did get to our destination but the RV didn't run right and the light went from on to flashing. While there I got another text from my service adviser . It reads: We are reaching out to you to make sure that you had an excellent experience at Palm Bay ford. Please text us back and we will do everything in our power to gain our complete satisfaction. So my repy text is as follows: We are now broke down. Problem isn't fixed. South Carolina is having god awful weather and we are stuck. Will need towed. And now tell me about the confidence we are to have in you and the service. Please advise. Of Course No Reply. We had to have it towed. Rented a car to get home and will have to return once it is fixed to pick it up.. More

I have always had a great experience when bringing my cars in for service. They are always quick, accurate and complete. Steve also informes me when additional items need attention.
