He has followed up with phone calls to make sure all was okay and if we have any problems or questions, we know we can count on him to help us out. We have purchased several cars from Palm Bay Ford and I would have to say as far as the sales part goes it was the best On the other hand I have been waiting for a phone call from Michael, not sure, in finance to call me as I had some questions and it has been two weeks and I still haven't received that phone call. More
