Dead Battery just as leaving for o/t trip. Called and was able to come in right away. Less than 1 hour was on my way. Very good service from Steve. This battery was five years old or very close Called and was able to come in right away. Less than 1 hour was on my way. Very good service from Steve. This battery was five years old or very close but it was self saealed type so not able to add fluid. Putting most expensive battery in is not the smartest way to go in my opinion. More

Purchase of vehicle . Robert our salesman was very professional but not at all pushy, nor did he put pressure on us to purchase the vehicle. He made sure all went well w . He has followed up with phone calls to make sure all was okay and if we have any problems or questions, we know we can count on him to help us out. We have purchased several cars from Palm Bay Ford and I would have to say as far as the sales part goes it was the best On the other hand I have been waiting for a phone call from Michael, not sure, in finance to call me as I had some questions and it has been two weeks and I still haven't received that phone call. More
