I was interested in purchasing one of your courtesy vehicles that I saw on the dealership website. Steve contacted me right away, the vehicle was being loaned out so he physically went to pick up the v vehicles that I saw on the dealership website. Steve contacted me right away, the vehicle was being loaned out so he physically went to pick up the vehicle and swap it out with the customer so I could come in and test drive it. His customer service was top tier! More

We walked into BMW of Silver Spring to test drive drive an X5 hybrid plug-in. Steve was ready to accommodate us, but asked if we had any interest in also test driving the iX5, well that was it. Steve not only patiently explained all of the great features or the iX5 but also explained the value in leasing the vehicle, which we had never done before. We drove off the lot with the nicest car we have even owned and continue to love our new purchase. Thanks Steve! More

I purchased a 2024 430i and it was the best experience I have ever experienced purchasing an automobile. My 2016 428xi was totaled and I was unsure what I was going to purchase. I had looked at a few other automobiles but was indecisive about them. When I walked into the Mile One Silver Spring BMW dealership in Maryland and was introduced to Mr. Steven Roumeliotis, I could feel his goal was not just to sell me an automobile but to help me find what best fit me. Mr. Roumeliotis took his time and explained the various features of the automobiles I was interested in. He educated me on things I didn’t know about BMW and cars in general. The conversation with him as well as the time spent there was actually enjoyable and I didn’t hesitate to spend my money because I felt his goal was to ensure I obtained an automobile that fit me. Having had a bad experience at another BMW dealership in Maryland trying to order an ix IDrive 50, I called just to see what might be coming in to the dealership. Steve answered the call, gave me clear and Maryland trying to order an ix IDrive 50, I called just to see what might be coming in to the dealership. Steve answered the call, gave me clear and direct info on what cars where going to be available so I dropped in for a visit. Steve was most knowledgeable about the car; was direct and honest about when to expect its arrival and made ordering the vehicle a pleasure. AND, he advised me about the break in price if I leased the vehicle rather than purchased it (no such discussion with the other dealership) and went through with me all my options in an easy to understand manner. To my great pleasure, the vehicle in the color I wanted was scheduled to be built in Germany the end of June, 2023 but then a week after I ordered it -- middle of May, they started the build in Germany at he end of May. So to my great satisfaction I got the car the last day of June and it has been driving fabulously. When picking up the car the finance department offered loads of options but was pushy about none. Steve then took us for a test drive explaining all the important options -- I even had the car park itself. And after we took delivery he was available by text and phone to answer questions that a car with seems to be 1,000 features required some education on my part. Steve was a patient teacher. Most happy with Steve and the entire BMW of Silver Spring experience. And, must note, was advised the car mileage between charges was 310 to 320 miles, but I've been getting 370, which is amazing and great. More
