CJDR is a very nice dealership with quality inventory. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. Steve Ruff was very nice and worked hard for us once we arrived. We would have liked him to work a little harder while working with him via phone and email. He also wasn't intimately familiar with the vehicle we drove 200 miles to see. It was also more than a little unprofessional for someone at the dealership to increase the sale price of the vehicle, literally, while we were driving to come and see it. Ultimately they did the right thing and brought it back down to the advertised price but it was an unnecessary step. Jakob in the finance department was the by far the most professional and user friendly person we encountered during our buying experience. I hope he is getting paid what he is worth. More
