Steve did a great job while working with me. Unfortunately the service department overbooked and I had to wait almost an hour after my reservation time before I got in. Also when I bought the car I was sold a service plan that wasn’t really appropriate for me. I drive very little and the plan expired before I used the five services. I thought this service was covered but it turned out it wasn’t. More

The problem presented here was my vehicle didn't start , unless I had to tap the starter for several times.The mechanic who took care of my vehicle's problem made an unimaginable error in fulfilling and re unless I had to tap the starter for several times.The mechanic who took care of my vehicle's problem made an unimaginable error in fulfilling and resolving the problem presented infront of him.This was the most important in basic principles of electricity; understanding the real problem -terminal (replaced first visit))and starter(still not working , unless tap vigorously).I returned again for the second time after a few days ,because my car won't start;the same original issue encountered .If the real problem which was the terminal and starter was caught earlier, then it might not caused me an inconvenienced and financial burdened. I vehemently and arguably disappointed in the manner that the mechanic's performance wasted only the time searching the vehicle's issues/ problems to lengthen the worked hours spent and charged a hefty amount of labor done to the customers.I felt that I was put into a financial disadvantaged by a person's (mechanic)incompetence,inorder to validate the hours spent rather than to sought the real problem at an earlier time.This issue incurred me a financial loss of almost more than $800.00 in total.Lastly, I was still happy that my vehicle's problem was resolved,but with a great financial loss. I will still patronized toyota service care for the sake of those who truly worked with value and dedication for their customers.Thank you. More
