Joey at Capo VW got it done for me. I think I left some room on the table as far as the $ goes, but time IS money and Joey worked well with my high level of impatience to get me out of there ASAP. Steve Smith did a great job on his end in the Sales Manager's office and the F&I was easy enough as well. This is a smaller VW-only dealer in the traditional Southern California style, and sometimes you want to support a business that seems like they have enthusiasts working there. I haven't taken it in for service, but as long as they provide a loaner car, I'll give them a chance over my much closer VW dealer. I would recommend Joey and all the other staff members I encountered, and I would certainly look to buy a car from them in the future. This was one of my least amount of car dealer BS purchases that I can recall, and I buy a lot of cars. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people that are looking to purchase a VW in Southern California. More
