We can't say enough about Brendan! He made our purchase so easy and he was wonderful to work with! He kept us updated as to when the car would arrive and spent as much time as we needed to go over all the so easy and he was wonderful to work with! He kept us updated as to when the car would arrive and spent as much time as we needed to go over all the functions of the car once the car arrived and then again a few days later when we had more questions. We felt very comfortable with Brendan; he was courteous, kind, funny and made us feel at ease. I think Brendan's greatest quality is that he is an overall genuine nice guy and a true gentleman .... something that is lacking in many young people these days! He is a GREAT asset to your company and we will definitely recommend your dealership AND Brendan to anyone interested in purchasing a new Cadillac! Also, working with Rick in the Finance Department, was quick, easy and painless. He was very friendly and down-to-earth; making it a comfortable and smooth transition! We are very happy that we made the decision to become a customer of Colonial! More
