Good experience This is my second sales experience with Bradshaw Acura. I was very pleased with my first so I decided to try them again. I setup the appointment wit This is my second sales experience with Bradshaw Acura. I was very pleased with my first so I decided to try them again. I setup the appointment with Steve Steele. I told him the model, color, etc that we were interested in and he had it available when we arrived. After a test drive he had our tradein evaluated. He offered us a trade much better than a previous dealer we had delt with before so we accepted the offer. There was no pressure or haggleing over the transaction. Steve then went over the various features of the car with us to include the how to operate the newer safety systems that we were unfamilier with. Our previous MDX was a 2013 model and things were quite different. The safety features of the 2019 MDX was the main selling point in our decission to trade up. Steve was quick to follow up the next day to see if we had any any questions or concerns with our purchase. More
