I like my Acura more than I like this dealership. I think Steve and JJ are only willing to do the bare minimum without going an inch more than they have to. I Tried to return my new RDX for the next package up the very next day and was told from both Steve and JJ that I could not. After driving my new RDX home from the dealership, I realized that I would prefer the Tech Package instead of the base model. They were rude and told me they didn't force me to buy the base model. I don't understand why it could not be changed in such a short period of 18 hours. The change may have been a small inconvenience for paper work, but would have: kept a customer, increased the sale, and maintained positive recommendations to family and friends. I was completely excited to purchase my first Acura, but if I decide to buy another, I will go to another dealership either in Georgia or Columbia SC. I have always been treated with the highest respect and smothered with kindness from Hendrick Honda, I under estimated the same treatment at Bradshaw Acura. My new RDX certainly grabs attention and sparks conversation easily,which typically begins with "where did you get it??" Too bad the conversation doesn't continue on a positive note. I have filed a complaint with the Acura Corporation. This dealership is individually owned and has the right to decline the change of the contract, but most do. It saddens me that they can pick and choose who they make changes for. Overall, I love my new RDX. I will not let Steve and JJ make me unhappy and I plan on enjoying it for years to come. It is a shame that I will have to purchase new Rims, since I don't particularly like the ones on the base model. I should have been given the opportunity to get the Tech Package. You win some and you loose some. Bradshaw Acura will loose many potential customers from their rudeness and lack of customer service. Mr. Burgess was nice and a joy to work with. More

Met Steve Steele who was our salesman and he covered all of the features and then we went for a test drive. We drove both a FWD and the SH-AWD. Loved the car and decided on the SH-AWD version. They did not have the color combination in stock, but spent over a week contacting other dealers to locate one. Since it was the end of the model year they could not find a SH-AWD, so we told them we’d wait until the 2020’s came out. Several months passed and Steve contacted us telling us they had a 2020 arrive in the color combination we were looking for and he wanted to know if we were still interested. We went to the dealership and leased the car. During all of our visits to Bradshaw Acura and there were several, there was never any pressure only helpful staff. I can highly recommend this dealership and our salesman Steve Steele. More

Best car experience ever! It was time for a new car. I always dread this experience. However this time it was completely different. I have never owned an Acura before. I It was time for a new car. I always dread this experience. However this time it was completely different. I have never owned an Acura before. I have to admit have seen plenty on the road and always thought would a great looking car it is. Went to Bradshaw Acura last Saturday and Steve Steele was our salesperson. VERY impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. We test drove a 2019 Acura MDX. WOW! what a great car. So many features and Steve really spent so much time with us explaining everything. In fact we returned several days later to review and set up more features. Never have anything but an Acura again. More
