We had a great experience. Went to look at one car we had seen on the internet but found a completely different car on the lot. So, we ended up being “unprepared” for the car we ultimately bought- and Kim wa seen on the internet but found a completely different car on the lot. So, we ended up being “unprepared” for the car we ultimately bought- and Kim was very thorough and patient while we learned and “caught up”. We ended up with a great deal on a great car at a great dealership staffed with great people. Done! More
