The Service Center was quick to get me an appointment to have my vehicle checked. However, with the discovery of what needed done to keep my vehicle running, which was very major, I was told I would be con have my vehicle checked. However, with the discovery of what needed done to keep my vehicle running, which was very major, I was told I would be contacted in the next 48 hours. That was two weeks ago!!!!! I have called and was then told I would be contacted in 24 hrs. That was one week ago. I truly like the vehicle I purchased from your dealership! Here I am 8 months later, and have been told that the engine must be replaced, and have not heard from the service people. This is now making me wonder if Klaben has a problem with the vehicles they sell. After 8 short months, aprox. 10,000 miles, and the engine must be replaced. An extended warranty was not "able to be offered" according to sales because the vehicle was manufactured in Canada. (My lesson learned: If no extended warranty is offered for such a reason...….run like xxxx out of there. Yes, I am frustrated A LOT right now. UPDATE! AFTER MEETING AND TALKING WITH STEVE STEPHENS AND NICK BRANDT, ISSUES WERE RESOLVED VERY WELL! THANK YOU KLABEN FOR TRULY PUTTING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FIRST! THANK YOU ALSO TO MR.
