I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

It’s been just over a week since I found my beautiful Jeep Compass at Klaben CJDR in Kent. I had such a positive experience at the dealership! Faith was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she was so friendly and helpful - especially when it came time to switch over my insurance! Could’ve been a disaster with my lack of cell service in the store, but she handled it like a pro. I couldn't be happier - the vehicle itself makes me smile every day when I get in it. Faith has already followed up (as she promised) to make sure everything is going well. Also, Greg’s enthusiasm and excitement for me felt so genuine, and he managed to turn the chore of document signing into an enjoyable experience! I’m so grateful to everyone I interacted with - from Faith and Greg, to manager Tim, and even Richard Klaben, who was so kind and placed me in good hands with his team. More
