At no time during our initial conversations did we feel any pressure from Steve, and he spent a good amount of time with us that day discussing all the options. We test drove a couple vehicles and liked the GLC and especially the higher end GLE AMG Coupe. Steve has immense knowledge of every vehicle we asked him about and is able to convey information in such a way that made it very easy for us to able to compare and contrast our choices and ultimately come to a decision on a vehicle that we loved....the GLE AMG Coupe. Steve takes his profession very seriously and strives to provide the utmost in customer care. Steve's success as a sales consultant comes from his extensive book of past clients and referral clients who he strives to make happy during the buying process and especially after. Steve catered to our every need, and even drove after hours, to my personal residence, in the rain order to get a document signed by my wife, so that we wouldn't be inconvenienced by having to make a special trip to the dealership the next day. That's what I call above and beyond the call of duty! We love driving our new GLE AMG Coupe, but are even happier with the professionalism and expertise shown to us by Steve. He knows that he will be our guy for all our Mercedes-Benz needs in the future for sure! No better Mercedes-Benz guy than Steve Szczupak! More

Not only did I love my car, I didn't want to deal with having to find a replacement. I purchased my first two Mercedes from Atlanta Classic Cars, so naturally, I went back there. I also went to Mercedes of South Atlanta. Both experiences left me wondering why I should remain in the Mercedes family. Atlanta Classic Cars treated me as if me buying an older vehicle was not worth their time and Mercedes of South Atlanta sold the vehicle my salesman said they were holding for me on the day that I was going in to make the purchase. Enter RBM of Atlanta. Steve Szczupak was my salesperson, and from the moment we spoke I knew that no sale would be to small for him, nor did he minimize the fact that I wasn't looking to purchase a new car vs. a replacement of what I already had. My car buying experience was excellent! When I took my car home and a few days later realized my SOS button wasn't working, I was able to bring it in to get fixed, not a problem. I simply LOVE MY CAR way better than my old one. Everything happens for a reason-and I'm more than pleased with my vehicle, my car buying experience, RBM of Atlanta and most of all Steve, who is one of the most enthusiastic, caring salesperson who follows up with his customers to make sure we are ok.
