Sales associate was very knowledgeable about this product. He went out of his way to make me and wife comfortable with buying a car at the dealer. Steve S. was recommended to us by a friend in the car business. We had dealt with anouther Mercedes dealer, and had been looking for months for a car; but they never came through. Initially we were looking at a used car, but Steve listened to our concerns about warranty. Witihin a day he found us a new car, loaded to our specs, for a great price. He even delivered the car to our house at 8pm; and spent 2 hours going through all the functions. I have never expereinced service that outstanding in my life. More

Steve Szczupak was terrific. He has outstanding technical knowledge and his customer service far exceeded expectations. He has perhaps the most positive attitude of any car salesman I have ever me technical knowledge and his customer service far exceeded expectations. He has perhaps the most positive attitude of any car salesman I have ever met. He first spent a ton of time trying to understand my needs, and then took several hours with me exploring the options. AMBER IS #1reason I came back to Merecedes to buy another car. I had an SLK before . I LOVED that car every bit of the 9 yrs I had it .
