When I returned with my wife he made her feel welcome and stayed after hours to help us finalize the purchase. Tom in finance stayed too, as well as the guys in the back, all giving us the best experience possible. I've bought a lot of cars and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've had. Steve Szczupak was terrific. He has outstanding technical knowledge and his customer service far exceeded expectations. He has perhaps the most positive attitude of any car salesman I have ever me technical knowledge and his customer service far exceeded expectations. He has perhaps the most positive attitude of any car salesman I have ever met. He first spent a ton of time trying to understand my needs, and then took several hours with me exploring the options. I would recommend RBM and Steve to anyone looking for a new or used Mercedes. As a long time customer, the RBM service experience is just as good as the new car purchase process. More
