Sales associate was very knowledgeable about this product. He went out of his way to make me and wife comfortable with buying a car at the dealer. Steve S. was recommended to us by a friend in the car business. We had dealt with anouther Mercedes dealer, and had been looking for months for a car; but they never came through.
