He has perhaps the most positive attitude of any car salesman I have ever me technical knowledge and his customer service far exceeded expectations. He has perhaps the most positive attitude of any car salesman I have ever met. He first spent a ton of time trying to understand my needs, and then took several hours with me exploring the options. I would recommend RBM and Steve to anyone looking for a new or used Mercedes. As a long time customer, the RBM service experience is just as good as the new car purchase process. More
