Tana Bentley emailed the vehicle information to me even though she was at home sick with the flu. We corresponded several times during the course of the day making all the arrangements including pricing. I just had to go to the dealership test drive and deal with financing with Bill. Since Tana was out sick, Steve Tewell assisted me at the dealership with test driving and going over the vehicle. Both Steve and Tana were very easy to talk to and extremely friend. The whole process was fast and easy. I will definitely recommend Glenn Toyota! More
