I traded my 2018 Subaru Legacy for a 2019 Ford Fusion, that had the clear coat was peeling off, the intire front end of the car they lied to me about the CARFAX comes to find out the car was in a accident that had the clear coat was peeling off, the intire front end of the car they lied to me about the CARFAX comes to find out the car was in a accident 6 months after it was purchased back in 2019 and when they agreed to fix the car where the clear coat was peeling in the front oddly funny it was on the CARFAX 5/10/22 and that’s around where they took the car to the dealer, they will scam you and take your $ and I’m still having issues with the car it’s not shifting correctly I asked them to look at it when it was with them never did, they act like they care and they really don’t, they are just there for the $ the car I got it should have never sold for what I paid for it with the issues I kept running into with it and still are! This dealer is very shady and untrusting I will never buy a car from here. If you buy used I recommend taking it to a mechanic shop before purchasing. I was screwed over on this car bad bad. And wish I never bought it. Been trying to get rid of it, but very hard for how bad I was screwed over along with the 2 accidents it’s been in. They never told me about it being in a accident they showed me the auto check they use, but I had to request it they never showed me it at all. Until I asked the gm about it! More

The price was a little on the high end, but they gave me a good price on my trade in. They either did not have accurate data on the model they sold me or flat out lied about it. When I checked out my trade in on their site after my purchase they lied about some of the features it had. The service felt rushed, like the sales person was in a hurry. They aren't up front about their pricing, and passed me a NADA sheet with the manufacturer original MSRP instead of the value of the vehicle as is. Ultimately the dishonestly about the vehicle itself made me decide I won't ever buy there again. More
