They do not honor their agreement bait and switch I will never go back to this dealer again. First the price that they advertise is at best misleading and in the fine print you will find that it's aft I will never go back to this dealer again. First the price that they advertise is at best misleading and in the fine print you will find that it's after a down payment and if you finance through them at some ridiculous rate. After i negotiated a price and having them give me a 10 year wraparound warranty that was clearly written on the order sheet and approved from the used car manager. The day i was picking up the car they changed the warranty to a certified warranty. And then wanted me to pay extra for the warranty. They tried to tell me it was a mistake and the manager tried to blame the salesman. The salesman didn't make a mistake. I think this was management playing a bait and switch game. Regardless of who is at fault the general manager should have honored the written agreement. They also own Atlantic Hyundai and i have to assume they run it the same way. More

They will promise you things with the sale of the car that they will not honor the moment after you step out the door (free service, free gas fill ups, any modifications or add ons that need to be refurbished 2. They WILL try to pull a switcheroo when signing the contract, increasing the final amount. Are you serious? Why would anyone ever do business with someone who pulls that sort of crap? 3. They will tell you that negotiating for a better price is QUOTE A classic example of nickel and diming and we dont appreciate it. UNQUOTE. They dont treat you like this in other dealerships. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE More
