Didn't solve problems! Miss diagnosed charged for full repair! Waited 2 weeks for $20.00 part. Forced to pay 1300.00 in car rental fees! Person very inexperienced. Could not answer alot of my questions. I had to do all the paperwork. That should be done my the salesperson. Work was not completed. Computer used to flash my truck radio failed, and then they claimed it was done, but the radio kernel version was not updated. I'm not even sure the Body Congtrol MOdule update was done completely, and I have now way to check. I didn't get my video from the visual inspection, my tires weren't inflated to the proper level, and frankly it was a half-assed service visit all in all. More

I brought my car into get fixed a month ago and paid to get it diagnosed and they said they fixed it. Problem was still there so brought it in again. They charged me again to diagnose the same problem th get it diagnosed and they said they fixed it. Problem was still there so brought it in again. They charged me again to diagnose the same problem that they said they fixed the first time. The problem is fixed but I don’t like being charged 2 times to for a problem that they didn’t fix the first time. More
