Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Columbia BMW. I drove 5 hours each way when there was another BMW dealership 30 mins away from my house, and I’m glad I did. They could have taken advantage of the supply situation, like every other dealership I spoke to, but they gave me a great price on a new vehicle and great value for my trade-in. Brett is great! He and the dealership might be one of the last few remaining good guys in the auto business. Our BMW M3 was getting a bit too small for us and nearing the end of its lease. We engaged Brett to work some magic and he most certainly did. He worked hard to successfully get us what we wanted and for what we thought was a tremendously fair price, even during a pandemic. Just over a week later, Brett and Steve worked their magic again to locate an BMW allocation that allowed us to custom build a vehicle for my wife - which arrived just 3 weeks later.
