Maintenance is key for the longevity of your vehicle so never ignore it! Anyway, the time came where I needed to replace my vehicle. Just so you know, it wasn’t because it was no longer reliable, it was because my family outgrew my TL and I needed an MDX for its cargo size to take road-trips with my rambunctious 3 and 4 year old boys. As a result I decided on this dealership due to its proximity to where I live. Well, let me tell you, I couldn’t be happier with my choice and I have nothing but positive experiences at this place. My sales man, Steve Victor, was the absolute best! A lot of people carry a fear that car dealerships are usually out to take advantage of you. I experienced no funny business here and Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with. Straight to the point! No nonsense! I highly recommend him! Furthermore, Mark at the service department, is absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond to diagnose a silly issue that pestered me for a while. This issue had nothing to do with the build quality of my new vehicle, rather it was a rock rattling around the subframe. How it got there is beyond me!
