I worked with Steve Victor when I purchased my first Acura ILX in 2016. I have been totally pleased with the car's service and reliability. He was by far the least aggressive and most courteous and consumer-oriented dealer I had ever worked with. When the dealership reached out recently about upgrading to a 2020, I was pleased wo work with Steve Victor again. He didn't have to 'sell' the car. A good product sells itself and my wife and I have been very pleased with our Acuras.... hers is a 2011 TSX sport wagon and mine had been the 20167 ILX. I was able to upgrade to a 2020 TLX with a minimum of thought and consideration. The deal was too good to pass up and Steve Victor was wonderful at guiding me through the steps of upgrading to this new 2020 TLX.
